Following the successful conclusion of the 15th Edition of the Voice Achievers Awards (VAA) and Business Dialogue 2026 in London, Almere Ladies proudly reflect on its contribution to this prestigious international gathering.
As part of the organising committee, the Almere Ladies Women’s Group was honoured to contribute its expertise, leadership, creativity and support to a programme that brought together inspiring leaders, entrepreneurs, professionals and changemakers from across the world.

Several members of Almere Ladies played key roles throughout the programme.
Berneditha Rijssel-Omusuo, Co-Founder of Almere Ladies, moderated the Women Empowerment Segment, creating space for inspiring conversations and meaningful exchanges around the role of women in leadership, business and society.
Naïra Gomez served as a Keynote Speaker, sharing her insights and inspiring participants through her contribution to the Business Dialogue.
Nathalie van Putten, Co-Founder of Almere Ladies, led the Women Empowerment Breakout Session, facilitating an engaging environment for women to connect, exchange experiences and explore opportunities for growth and collaboration.
Zoë Omusuo was responsible for assisting delegates with digital content creation, helping participants capture and share their experiences throughout the event.
Juliana Carpen, Co-Founder and AI expert, provided valuable IT and technology support, contributing to the smooth execution of the programme.
The evening gala dinner also featured the creativity and entrepreneurial spirit of Almere Ladies. Bianca Augustuszoon, fashion designer and business owner, showcased an exclusive dress representing Africa, its beauty, identity and creativity.
